How I approach the work
Start with the work you want to improve.
A new tool is useful when it helps you do something that matters. I start by understanding what you’re trying to accomplish.
Sometimes you already have the right software and need help using it. Sometimes a better setup or a connection between tools would save repeated work. Other times, something needs to be built.
I’ll help you understand the options and the tradeoffs. We agree on what’s worth doing, what it will take, and how we’ll know it’s working.
If learning is the right next step, we practice together. If I build something for you, I test it and walk you through how to use it.

Choosing the right help
What if I don't know which kind of help I need?
Tell me what you'd like to do better and what you've tried. I'll help you work out whether learning, an AI account setup, or work on your business tools makes sense. You don't need to choose before we talk.
Can I learn to use AI myself, or have you do the work?
Both. The upcoming community, coaching and team training offer different ways to learn AI. I can also configure your AI account, improve existing software, or build what's missing. We can combine those approaches when it fits your goals.
Working with me
How will I know what’s included and what it costs?
For coaching, training, strategy or a build, we agree on the work and price before starting. The community’s price and membership details will be available before you decide to join.
What happens on the discovery call?
We spend about thirty minutes talking about your work, your goals, and what you've tried. I'll tell you what I'd suggest and whether I'm the right person to help. That's also where we work out the next step.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes. You'll work directly with me. We agree on what you need, and I stay involved in the work.
What happens if I stop working with you?
The setup or custom work I've done for you stays in your accounts. We agree on support after handoff as part of the scope. Third-party software can have its own subscription costs. The community is a separate membership.
How will you handle my business information?
Before we use your information, we'll agree on what's needed, who needs access, and which tools it will go into. I'll explain the relevant data settings so you can decide what you're comfortable sharing.
