Who we are

OnlyDans.ai is owned and operated by OnlyDans.ai LLC, based in San Antonio, Texas.

What data we collect

  • GoHighLevel booking and form submissions (name, email, free-text notes) when you book a discovery call or send a note.
  • Your mobile phone number and SMS consent selections — which opt-in boxes you checked, the consent language version, the timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent — but only when you provide a number and request texts on one of our forms.
  • Optional update sign-ups: your name, the email address or mobile number you choose, your selected topics, and a record of your permission, including the disclosure, version, time, source, IP address, and browser user-agent. Choosing a topic does not subscribe you until you submit the corresponding email or text request.
  • QR resource and contact-card requests: your name, email, and — when you request a contact card — mobile number, requested resource package, and separate email and text marketing choices, including the wording shown, its version, when you chose, the source page, your IP address, and browser user-agent. We retain the details submitted at each step even when you decline marketing updates.
  • Workshop and class sign-ups: your name and email, and — only if you choose to type them — your business name, your industry, which sessions you picked, and the free-text question you write in the “what are you stuck on” field. The question is used to prepare for the session you asked about. It is never used to filter, rank or target anything, and it never appears in a web address.
  • If you create an account for the members area: your email address, your name, and your notification preferences. You can sign in with an email and password or with Google — choosing Google tells Google you signed in here.
  • If you are a client: what you and your team put in your client workspace (requests, details, files, decisions and results), who is in the workspace and when each person agreed to these terms, and, if we meet, the meeting recording and transcript. Meeting recordings and transcripts stay with our team unless we choose to share one with you. We use AI tools on client work, to summarize, plan, write and build; the providers are listed below.
  • Site analytics via Vercel Web Analytics — non-identifying, aggregate only.

Cookies and browser storage

We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and we run no retargeting pixels. What we do set:

  • A session cookie, only once you sign in, so the members area knows it is you. It is essential to signing in and is cleared when you sign out.
  • A signed, HttpOnly od_from cookie when you arrive through a partner's link, so that partner is credited. It holds only the partner's short link token, expires after 30 days, and is never readable by JavaScript or shared with third parties.
  • Browser storage on your own device, which we never receive unless you submit the form it belongs to. One thing uses it: the sign-up form keeps a draft of the fields you have filled in, never including your password. (The workshop page stopped storing anything on your device on 2 September 2026 — the question box and the session picks it used to remember are gone.)

How we use it

To book and confirm discovery calls and respond to inbound notes, and to send the email and SMS topics you opted into (see below). To understand site usage in aggregate. We do not run retargeting pixels, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS / text messages

Our contact form at onlydans.ai/book offers two separate, independent SMS opt-in checkboxes, and we send each category only if you check the corresponding box: (a) a service (transactional) opt-in for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up messages about your inquiry or discovery call; and (b) a separate, optional marketing (promotional) opt-in for occasional AI tips, prompts, offers, and event invitations. Checking one box does not opt you into the other, and consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Full terms are in our SMS Terms. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The QR page offers separate contact exchange, resource, and email signup options. Our optional updates form lets you choose email or texts independently, then select community news, workshops and training, or practical AI tips and tools. Text updates require a separate unchecked marketing permission box. Updates may include offers related to the topics you selected. Giving your number for the contact exchange does not opt you into marketing texts. You receive the resources and downloadable contact card either way. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message.

Third-party services we use

We may use any of these services to run the site, the members area and client work. Each operates under its own privacy policy. If you are a client and want a narrower list for your work, ask us and we will agree one with you in writing.

  • Vercel: hosting, site analytics, and a gateway to the AI providers below.
  • Neon: the database that stores sign-ups, accounts, community and client work.
  • Cloudflare: DNS, the email we send you, and hosting for downloadable resources and older recordings.
  • Mux: hosting and playing videos and recordings.
  • Stripe: card payments.
  • GoHighLevel: booking, and a copy of website contact details, requests, preferences and permission records.
  • YouTube (Google), Vimeo, Loom and Wistia: videos embedded on a page. An embedded video loads, and discloses your IP address to its host, only when you press play. Google also runs sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • MeetGeek, Plaud, Fireflies, Recall.ai, Granola and Krisp: recording, transcribing and taking notes on meetings.
  • Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Groq, ElevenLabs and Google Cloud: turning voice recordings into text, and text into speech.
  • Twilio and Telnyx: text messages and calls.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), Microsoft (Outlook, OneDrive), Missive and Mailgun: email and shared files.
  • GitHub: storing and reviewing code we build, including yours.
  • Sentry, Better Stack, Logfire and GitGuardian: watching our systems for errors and outages, and scanning code for leaked keys.
  • Toggl, Todoist and Vimcal: tracking time, tasks and meetings for client work.
  • QuickBooks (Intuit): past invoices and bookkeeping records.
  • 1Password: keeping the logins you share with us for your work.
  • Treg: looking up public business details about a contact (data enrichment).
  • Discord: notifying our team when you send us a request.
  • AI providers, for client work and our own work: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex and Whisper), Google (Gemini and Google Cloud's Vertex AI), xAI (Grok), Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter (which routes to several model providers), Replicate, fal.ai, HeyGen and Hedra (image, voice and video generation), Cloudflare Workers AI and Typesafe. Where we can, we reach them through Vercel's gateway set so the provider keeps no copy.
  • Firecrawl, Exa and Perplexity: researching the web for your work.
  • Composio: connecting our AI tools to the apps we use for your work.
  • Meta (Muse): an AI assistant that reads our messages, email, calendar and contacts, including messages from you, to help us keep up with your work. Meta does not train its models on these conversations.

Data retention

Bookings and contact submissions are retained in our GoHighLevel workspace for as long as the relationship is active. Sign-ups, accounts and workshop submissions are retained in our database for as long as your account or the relationship is active, and are deleted on request. Aggregate site analytics retained 90 days.

Your rights

Request deletion of any data we hold via the form at onlydans.ai/book. We respond within 7 business days.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at anyone under 13.

Changes

We update this policy as the business evolves.
