Who we are
OnlyDans.ai is operated by Dan Rios, based in San Antonio, Texas.
What data we collect
- GoHighLevel booking and form submissions (name, email, free-text notes) when you book a discovery call or send a note.
- Your mobile phone number and SMS consent selections — which opt-in boxes you checked, the consent language version, the timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent — but only when you provide a number and opt in on our contact form.
- Site analytics via Vercel Web Analytics — non-identifying, aggregate only.
- No cookies are set by OnlyDans.ai beyond essential session storage.
How we use it
To book and confirm discovery calls and respond to inbound notes, and to send the SMS categories you opted into (see below). To understand site usage in aggregate. We do not run retargeting pixels, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
SMS / text messages
Our contact form at onlydans.ai/book offers two separate, independent SMS opt-in checkboxes, and we send each category only if you check the corresponding box: (a) a service (transactional) opt-in for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up messages about your inquiry or discovery call; and (b) a separate, optional marketing (promotional) opt-in for occasional AI tips, prompts, offers, and event invitations. Checking one box does not opt you into the other, and consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Full terms are in our SMS Terms. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Third-party services we use
GoHighLevel (booking and contact forms), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (DNS). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Bookings and contact submissions are retained in our GoHighLevel workspace for as long as the relationship is active. Aggregate site analytics retained 90 days.
Your rights
Request deletion of any data we hold via the form at onlydans.ai/book. We respond within 7 business days.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at anyone under 13.
Changes
We update this policy as the business evolves.
