Get your AI set up.
Your own Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini — configured around you, running the agents I use. Your subscriptions. You drive.
Book a setup call →You need someone who does the work, not sells you on it — your own AI running your day, or the whole business built around it. Either way, I tell you the truth about whether AI even belongs in what you're solving.
Same done-for-you approach either way. Pick the scope.

Book a setup call →AI employees, working in your business — leads answered, follow-up sent, reporting done. Runs even when you don't.
Book a build call →Most AI consultants are selling AI — one tool, one stack, one approach, and your business is the nail they're hammering. That's backwards. I've owned businesses. I've run franchises. I've sat in the GM seat. I built automation systems for years before AI was even on the table. AI is the latest layer of my toolkit, not the whole thing.
When I walk into a business, the first thing I do is understand what you actually do — your operations, your team, your numbers, what's stuck. THEN we figure out where AI belongs (or doesn't). Sometimes the right move is a custom system. Sometimes it's training your team to use the tools you already have better. Sometimes it's telling you that AI isn't the answer to this particular problem and you should solve it the old-fashioned way.
If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. I left the hammer at home.
This part is the business scale. The work is calibrated for operators who already know what their business does — and want AI built into how it runs. Wanting it set up around you personally is the other door up top, and it starts the same way.
Built into how the business operates. Started small, grew into systems work. Same client, deeper integration over time.
“I'm gonna thank you every day the fact you're helping me do this.”
We built the outreach and intake platform together — Jamal learned to operate it alongside me, so the system is owned by him, not dependent on me.
“An agency would've charged me $20,000 and three months. We built it together in a session.”
If you're a founder or operator and you'd rather have a real conversation than a sales call, that's what I do. Tell me about your business — I'll tell you straight whether I think I'm the right fit and what the work would look like.

The money and the time
It depends on how deep you go — and you'll know the number on the call, before anything starts. No surprise invoices, no retainer creep. And if I think I'm the wrong spend for where you are, I'll tell you that too.
Less than the problem is already costing you. Coaching is an hour at a time. A setup is mostly my work — you show up to hand me context and learn to drive it. Team training is a working session, not an offsite. And when I build something, the whole point is your time back.
Usually one AI subscription — twenty to thirty dollars a month, and there's a good chance you already pay for it. I'll tell you which one fits, and just as important, which tools not to buy. Nobody pays for placement on that list.
First session. We start light and ship something working the same day — a draft in your voice, a brief that reads like you wrote it, a follow-up that actually went out. If nothing is visibly better in the first week, we're doing it wrong.
Will this work for me?
Because out of the box it's a smart intern with amnesia — it doesn't know your business, your voice, or your week. Everything I do is fixing exactly that: context, configuration, and a standing job so it's working before you ask. Once it knows your work, it stops being a toy.
The one that fits how you work. I use all three every day and none of them pays me. That's usually the first question we settle, whether I'm coaching you on it or it's quietly running something I built for you — and you'll leave the call with a straight answer.
No. Half of this work is personal — your writing, your research, your week, whatever's next for you. If you're between chapters, the first door is built for exactly that.
Yes — regulated is where this shines, because accuracy and audit trails stop being optional and start being the spec. I've built inside insurance and other compliance-heavy operators; anything that touches a rule keeps a human sign-off, built into the system, not bolted on after.
No. What I build runs on its own — that's the entire point of a build instead of a hire. You get a walkthrough so you can see what it's doing and change it if your business changes, and you can always call me. No new headcount, no new software for anyone to learn.
Trust
Right question. Everything gets built in your accounts, on business-tier settings, and I'll show you exactly what each tool keeps and what it doesn't. Nothing of yours lives on my laptop — and if you want an NDA signed first, I'll sign it before we talk shop.
The opposite. The owners winning the next decade aren't cutting their teams — they're making the people they have far more capable. What I build takes the busy work; your people keep the judgment calls. Nobody on your staff needs to fear this.
An agency sells you a team, a deck, and a timeline. You get me — someone who has owned businesses, run franchises, and built the systems for years before AI was the headline. As one client put it: an agency quoted him twenty grand and three months to build his; we built it together in a session.
Never — there is no contract term, no platform of mine you have to keep paying for, and no retainer you have to hold to keep what you already have. It all lives in your accounts under your name. Stop working with me and nothing switches off.
Yes. Every account, every workflow, everything I build lives in your name, not mine, from the first day I touch it. You get a walkthrough and the documentation the moment it ships — it's yours, not something you rent from me.
You call me. Most of what I build watches itself, so I usually catch it before you do — but if something breaks, fixing what I built is on me, not a ticket queue you wait in. That's the difference between something built for you and something you bought off a shelf.
How it works
Thirty minutes. You talk about your work, I ask questions, and I tell you what I'd do — including whether AI even belongs in the problem you're solving. No pitch, no deck. If we're not a fit, you still leave with a plan you didn't have an hour ago.
Whatever your business is actually losing time to — leads answered before you get to them, intake that files itself, follow-up that goes out in your voice without you nagging anyone, reporting that updates itself. I build it in your accounts, on tools you already own, and I show you every piece before it goes live. Nothing generic — I build to your business, never a template.
Access and answers. I need into the accounts the build touches, and twenty minutes here and there while I'm building it to check my work against how you actually run things. After that, it runs on its own — you don't babysit what I built.
