Learn it — yourself or your team

Get hands-on with AI.

Your inbox, your week, your proposals, your stuck moments — or your whole team's. I build a team of AI specialists around exactly that, until AI stops being a thing you remember to use and becomes part of how the work gets done.

No funnel. No “discovery doc.” No 30-day onboarding. We talk, we start.

Follow-Up · daily sweep● on schedule
You: Anything sitting that shouldn't be?
Your AI: Today · 4:30 PMTwo things went out, one needs you:
  • Nudged the proposal from two weeks ago — reply drafted in your voice, sent.
  • Re-opened a quote that went quiet in spring. Holding your price through Friday.
  • One reply needs a human call: they asked about timing. Flagged for your morning.

Learn it — for you

Get better with AI.

One-on-one coaching. What AI can do, how to work with it, where it fits your work. We build, over your shoulder or mine.

03 / How we start
How we start

What happens when you book.

However deep you want to go — just you, or your whole team — it starts the same way: a conversation about your actual week, and a straight answer about what I'd build.

01

We talk.

30 minutes, no pitch. I map how you actually work — your week, your team, your numbers, what's eating your time.

02

I tell you straight.

What I'd do, which door it lives behind, and what I wouldn't build. If AI isn't the answer to your problem, I'll say so — and you keep the plan either way.

03

We start light.

Then go as deep as you want. Every engagement can keep going — your AI keeps getting better as your work changes.

The toolkit

What I work with.

Frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Plus the SaaS your business already runs on — most of the work is wiring AI into your stack, not rewriting it.

Boundaries

What I won't do.

No six-month discovery phase.

We diagnose on the discovery call, then we start building. No 30-day onboarding, no $25K strategy deck.

NoAI you don't need.

I'll tell you when the answer is a hire, a process change, or turning off a tool you already pay for.

No lock-in.

Everything I build, I document. If we part ways, your business runs the same Monday morning.

No magic claims.

Some things AI does extraordinarily well. Some things it shouldn't touch yet. The gap between those is most of what I do.

06 / FAQ
Questions

Asked and answered.

The questions I hear about learning it — solo or with a team — answered straight.

The money and the time

What does this cost?

It depends on how deep you go — and you'll know the number on the call, before anything starts. No surprise invoices, no retainer creep. And if I think I'm the wrong spend for where you are, I'll tell you that too.

How much of my time does this take?

Less than the problem is already costing you. Coaching is an hour at a time. A setup is mostly my work — you show up to hand me context and learn to drive it. Team training is a working session, not an offsite. And when I build something, the whole point is your time back.

What tools do I need to buy?

Usually one AI subscription — twenty to thirty dollars a month, and there's a good chance you already pay for it. I'll tell you which one fits, and just as important, which tools not to buy. Nobody pays for placement on that list.

How fast do I see something real?

First session. We start light and ship something working the same day — a draft in your voice, a brief that reads like you wrote it, a follow-up that actually went out. If nothing is visibly better in the first week, we're doing it wrong.

Will this work for me?

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

You're exactly who this is for. The whole point of this generation of AI is that it works in plain English — if you can explain your business to a person, you can run it. The technical part is my job.

I tried ChatGPT. It didn't stick.

Because out of the box it's a smart intern with amnesia — it doesn't know your business, your voice, or your week. Everything I do is fixing exactly that: context, configuration, and a standing job so it's working before you ask. Once it knows your work, it stops being a toy.

Which AI should I use — Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini?

The one that fits how you work. I use all three every day and none of them pays me. That's usually the first question we settle, whether I'm coaching you on it or it's quietly running something I built for you — and you'll leave the call with a straight answer.

Do I need to own a business?

No. Half of this work is personal — your writing, your research, your week, whatever's next for you. If you're between chapters, the first door is built for exactly that.

My industry is regulated. Does this still work?

Yes — regulated is where this shines, because accuracy and audit trails stop being optional and start being the spec. I've built inside insurance and other compliance-heavy operators; anything that touches a rule keeps a human sign-off, built into the system, not bolted on after.

Trust

Is my business information safe?

Right question. Everything gets built in your accounts, on business-tier settings, and I'll show you exactly what each tool keeps and what it doesn't. Nothing of yours lives on my laptop — and if you want an NDA signed first, I'll sign it before we talk shop.

Is this about replacing my people?

The opposite. The owners winning the next decade aren't cutting their teams — they're making the people they have far more capable. What I build takes the busy work; your people keep the judgment calls. Nobody on your staff needs to fear this.

Why you and not an agency?

An agency sells you a team, a deck, and a timeline. You get me — someone who has owned businesses, run franchises, and built the systems for years before AI was the headline. As one client put it: an agency quoted him twenty grand and three months to build his; we built it together in a session.

Am I locked in?

Never — there is no contract term, no platform of mine you have to keep paying for, and no retainer you have to hold to keep what you already have. It all lives in your accounts under your name. Stop working with me and nothing switches off.

How it works

What actually happens on the discovery call?

Thirty minutes. You talk about your work, I ask questions, and I tell you what I'd do — including whether AI even belongs in the problem you're solving. No pitch, no deck. If we're not a fit, you still leave with a plan you didn't have an hour ago.

Is this a course?

No. Nothing here is recorded lessons or a portal you'll never log into. Everything is live — me and you, or me and your team, working on your real business.
