Use of the site
No scraping, no unauthorized API access, no impersonation, no use that disrupts service for other visitors.
Intellectual property
Site content, copy, and design are owned by Dan Rios / OnlyDans.ai.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms
OnlyDans.ai operates two separate SMS programs, each with its own independent opt-in checkbox on our contact form at onlydans.ai/book: (a) a service (transactional) program — scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up messages about your inquiry or discovery call; and (b) a separate, optional marketing (promotional) program — occasional AI tips, prompts, offers, and event invitations. By providing your mobile number and checking either box, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Neither box is pre-selected — you must actively check each one you want, and you may opt in to one without the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; your wireless carrier may charge you for messages. Reply STOP (or END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
