Three formats. Same job.
Keynotes (30–60 min).Talks for exec rooms, conferences, summits, and member organizations. The most common ask: “What does my team actually need to know about AI right now — and what should we stop pretending we don't need to figure out?” I keep it concrete, plainly stated, and aimed at people who run businesses, not people who build AI.
In-person training (half-day to 2-day). Workshops at your business with your team. Bring your real systems — your CRM, your inbox, your weekly meeting cadence — and we work AI into the parts of the operation where it actually moves the needle. By the end, people leave knowing what to do Monday morning. Not theory.
Custom workshops + working sessions. Half-day or full-day sessions structured around a specific problem your team brings. We use the time to either solve it together or build a working version of the solution. Common asks: lead-routing AI, follow-up systems, executive-level AI literacy, sales call analysis, team workflow automation.
