I've spent 20+ years owning and running businesses. I spent the first decade running marketing for a multi-state services company. I owned a franchise and worked as general manager at three more. I learned the work by being responsible for the customers, the staff, and the P&L.
Then in 2022, ChatGPT showed up. Most people in my world treated it as a toy. I treated it as the most important business tool I'd seen in a decade. I changed how I worked and how I helped clients work. Those clients referred me to pro athletes, agencies, service businesses, professional practices, and advisors responsible for books of business worth millions.
Most had tried AI and could see that it might help. They still needed someone to show them where it fit in their own work, or to build the part their software couldn't handle.
That's what I do now. I coach people one-on-one, train teams, set up AI accounts, improve business software, and build custom tools.

I understand the business and build the software.
I've owned businesses, run franchises, and worked in the general manager's seat. Before I recommend software, I ask how the work gets done, where it slows down, and what needs to change.
I write custom software and build connections between existing tools. I start with what you need the software to do, then work out what your tools support and what needs to be built.
StaffCloud is my own software project for service businesses. It's still in development.
