About

About Dan.

I've spent 20+ years in operator seats. The first decade was running marketing for a multi-state services company. I owned a franchise. I sat in the GM seat at three more. I learned what it actually takes to run a business — not from a book, from a P&L.

Then in 2022, ChatGPT showed up. Most people in my world treated it as a toy. I treated it as the most important business tool I'd seen in a decade. I rebuilt how I worked. I rebuilt how I helped clients work. The work got noticed — I started getting referred to people I never thought I'd work with: pro athletes and the agencies that insure them, agency owners, advisors with multi-million dollar books.

What I noticed across all of them was the same thing: every one of them had played with AI, and every one of them was stuck. Not because they weren't smart. Because nobody around them was bridging “this is interesting” to “this is built into how I actually work.”

So that's what I do. I either teach a team to do it themselves, or I build the system they run on. Same job, two different paths.

I'm also building StaffCloud — the AI operating layer for service businesses — because the agencies and small operators I work with deserve enterprise-grade infrastructure without an enterprise budget. Coming in 2026.

I take a small number of new engagements each quarter. I don't pitch on discovery calls — I tell you what I'd do. If we fit, we work together. If not, you walk away with a plan you didn't have an hour ago.

Based in San Antonio.
