The Build
I build the systems your business runs on — lead-routing, intake, reporting that updates itself, follow-up in your voice. The whole operating layer, done for you. You get the keys and a walkthrough.
Scoped on the call. You need someone who understands your business first — and tells you the truth about whether AI even belongs in what you're solving.
Most AI consultants are selling AI — one tool, one stack, one approach, and your business is the nail they're hammering. I'm not. I've owned businesses. I've run franchises. I've sat in the GM seat. I built automation systems for years before AI was even on the table. AI is the latest layer of my toolkit, not the whole thing.
When I walk into a business, the first thing I do is understand what you actually do — your operations, your team, your numbers, what's stuck. THEN we figure out where AI belongs (or doesn't). Sometimes the right move is a custom system. Sometimes it's training your team to use the tools you already have better. Sometimes it's telling you that AI isn't the answer to this particular problem and you should solve it the old-fashioned way.
If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. I left the hammer at home.
Not everyone. The work is calibrated for operators who already know what their business does — and want AI built into how it runs.
Built into how the business operates. Started small, grew into systems work. Same client, deeper integration over time.
“I'm gonna thank you every day the fact you're helping me do this.”
We built the outreach and intake platform together — Jamal learned to operate it alongside me, so the system is owned by him, not dependent on me.
“An agency would've charged me $20,000 and three months. We built it together in a session.”
If you're a founder or operator and you'd rather have a real conversation than a sales call, that's what I do. Tell me about your business — I'll tell you straight whether I think I'm the right fit and what the work would look like.

If you want to use AI yourself — not built into the business — that's a different path.
