Biweekly or weekly working sessions on your real business. Start where you are. Go as far as you want. Stop where you want.

Cadence: Biweekly or weekly working sessions, 90 minutes each.
Format: Live on Zoom. You bring what you're working on that week; we solve it with AI in real time. Sometimes I'm teaching. Sometimes I'm building it. Sometimes I'm setting something up while you watch.
Async support: Included throughout. Stuck Tuesday? Send a Loom or a Slack.
Commitment: Six months to start. That's how long it takes to actually change how you operate.
Pricing: Starting at $997/month biweekly; $1,994/month weekly.

Inside a session

A 90-minute session, end to end.

First ten minutes: you talk, I take notes. Next sixty: we pick the thing eating your week, then use AI on it — live, my screen, your screen, real time. Last twenty: we lock in what we built and what's next. You leave with something that exists in the world, not a list of things to try.

Some sessions are mostly teaching. Some are mostly building. The mix is whatever moves the needle most that week. Sprint engagements run differently — same rule.
